Rudder Housing Boring

The Rudder Housing Bores on this ship were out of alignment by 1.80 mm.
The provider of the Thordon Bushes found this unacceptable.
We were called to correct this mis-alignment and ovality in the housing bore of 400mm ID.
We successfully machined in situ both, Port and Starboard housings in record time and met with all the requirements of the classification agency.
